Alloy Forms und auch Period Miniatures gehörten bis Anfang des Jahres 2006 zu JAKS INDUSTRIES INC. Deshalb gibt es auch Überschneidungen bei den Fahrzeugen. Period Miniatures gehört heute zu Neville C. Wilson, der damit seine "Prestige Model Productions" unterstützt. Jaks Industries stellt unter dem Namen "Alloy Forms" nur noch H0-Modelle her.
