Die Namensrechte und die Formen von "Ultima N Scale" sind von Dave Dougherty aus Akron/USA zum 1.Januar 2003 gekauft worden. Dave Dougherty wird nach und nach die Fahrzeugpalette wieder herstellen. Seit 30 Jahren stellt er schon Schiffsmodelle aus Harz unter dem Namen Panzerschiffe her, allerdings in einem anderen Maßstab.
